How often do we notice unfamiliar symptoms in our bodies and we over look them? We often pass it off by giving the unfamiliar symptoms little to no attention. Curvy girls we have to STOP these oversights. We often feel we can’t be productive if we stop for a moment to acknowledge our own health issues. I used to be guilty of this myself, but not anymore.
Did you know that that if we don’t value our health it will fail us? Just as we keep our routine car maintenance we have to maintain our bodies the same. I mean don’t take your body to the Jiffy Lube, but you get my drift. How often do we reschedule a health appoint to attend a meeting for work? Now we all need to keep in mind if our health fails us that meeting will in fact go on without skipping a beat. Know your worth!
Knowing your worth does not mean knowing your pay out of your life insurance policy, or your financial tax bracket in Corporate America.
If you have a headache; it’s worth you taking a moment to assess the matter. Could be sinus, stress, high blood pressure, and the list goes on. It’s worth looking into because your health is your wealth. You can’t go after your success if you aren’t in good health.
We could go on and on as to why we don’t have time to exercise, go to doctor visit, and eat healthy let minimize this TODAY!
Here are a few things that can jump start healthy habits for wealthy lives:
Don’t go for the closest parking spots when you are out and about. Take the opportunity to get a walking session in.
Increase your water intake to half of your body weight if possible. If you can’t drink half your body weight in ounces of water just yet, then aim to accomplish 64oz a day in water intake.
Find a quiet spot where ever you can take about 10-20 minutes to just exhale. Exhaling with deep breaths in and out can help us with daily maintenance more than you may believe. Try it and tell us what you think.
